Technical/Industrial Research Papers Call for Submission


For the technical research track, we invite high quality submissions of original and unpublished papers of all types of work, whether empirical, theoretical, tool-oriented, or conceptual. We specifically promote papers addressing the deployment of the latest software engineering technologies, practices, and innovations to overcome the economical, social, and environmental challenges facing countries in the Africa and the Middle East.

Submissions that do not comply with the submission format and instructions or that are out of the scope of the conference will be rejected without reviewing.

Submitted papers must also comply with ACM plagiarism policy and proceduresPapers submitted to AMECSE 2014 must not have been published elsewhere and must not be under review or submitted for review elsewhere while under consideration for AMECSE 2014.

All submissions that meet the criteria and fit the scope of the conference will be reviewed by at least two members of the Program Committee. Submissions will be evaluated on the basis of originality, evaluation, soundness, importance of contribution, quality of presentation, and appropriate comparison to related work.

How to Submit

All submitted papers must conform to the  submission format and instructions , and must not exceed 10 pages for the main text, inclusive of figures, tables, appendices, etc. References may be included on up to two additional pages. All submissions must be in PDF.
